*Shake well and squeeze 1 serving (.25 mL or 1/4 dropper per serving) under tongue. Hold for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. Use 1-2 times daily. If after a few days, symptoms still need to be addressed a bit more, then increase dose to 1/2 dropper in morning, and 1/4 dropper later in the day. Increase by incremental doses until therapeutic levels are established.
