Recommended Use: It's always good to start with a smaller dose. Due to the potency of the 4000mg. tincture, we recommend you start with only 1/4 dropper. Release  tincture under tongue and hold for 2 minutes before swallowing. You may need to repeat a dose two to three times a day. Stay with that dose for 3 to 4 days and if symptoms are still present, increase incrementally to the next marking on the dropper. Continue to gradually increase dosage until you notice symptoms have significantly improved. Most people feel relief of symptoms within 20-30 minutes. Take your tincture the same times each day. It is best to divide your daily dose into two equal doses. Example: If your daily dose is 1/2 dropper, divide that dose in half and take 1/4 dropper at 8am and 1/4 dropper at 6pm. Stay with a predictable, consistent schedule. It may take a week or two to discover the proper dosage to meet your personal needs.
